Rates
$850 for all weeks with the following exceptions;
- $1000 for the weeks of:
- June 27 - July 4
- Aug 1 - Aug 8
- $600 for the September long weekend:
- $100 discount when booking 2 or more weeks.
Deposits

$300 non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation. Deposit will be applied to the rent.

$300 additional cash damage deposit is required. Damage Deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory checkout.
